Job Redesign Workshop (2-days)


As businesses and organizations grapple with productivity and service quality issues, many have turned towards job and process redesign as possible solutions. This workshop introduces the 6‐step iterative approach to successful and sustainable job/process redesign and how process redesign, when applied properly and consistently with organization strategy, can be an effective tool to create value and competitive advantage for businesses.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Determine the business and strategic imperative for job/process redesign

  • Apply redesign solutions to address specific problems
  • Plan for redesign, assess risks, determine resources, and forecast timelines, and measure impact and returns on investment from redesign
  • Plan for and manage change and transition
